Information you submit

Forms store your name, email, request details and submission date so Full Access Media Group can review and respond. Newsletter requests store an email address, consent date and confirmation status. Email confirmation is required before a subscription becomes active.

Saved shows and comparisons

Saved events and comparison selections are stored in your browser on this device. They do not require an account or create a server-side reader profile. Removing a saved show clears that selection from this browser.

Website operation

The site uses WordPress login cookies for authenticated accounts. Temporary hashed request identifiers help limit form abuse. Advertising records aggregate impression and click counts rather than building visitor profiles. Hosting and security systems may maintain operational logs.

Maps, videos and external links

Embedded maps are provided by Google, and the featured video player is provided by YouTube. Loading or using these embeds sends browser requests to their providers; their own privacy practices apply. External organizer and reference websites operate under their own privacy practices.

Contact editorial@fullaccessmediagroup.com to ask about submitted information or request access or deletion. Newsletter messages include an unsubscribe option. Information needed to resolve an inquiry or meet a legitimate recordkeeping obligation may be retained.
